Xi 'an Liyuan is the contractor of Shenlong Brick Factory in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, Phase III of "Assembled tunnel Kiln". This project has a 3.6-meter section with two drying and two burning design. The raw materials are urban construction waste soil and coal gangue, and the mixing caloric value is controlled at 200-240 kcalories per kg. The first ignition of the project was successful, and the finished product rate was more than 99%. In the case of limitations of the site, the actual effect reached the design requirements, which proves that the "packaged tunnel kiln" sintering process system of Xi 'an Liyuan is successful.

"Packaged tunnel kiln" has the following characteristics:
Products: sintered ordinary brick, sintered porous brick, sintered decorative plate, sintered hollow brick and hollow block, sintered pavement brick.
Output: Optimized thermal design and stainless steel duct ventilation, to ensure higher thermal efficiency.
Energy saving: The thermal insulation system adopts aluminum silicate fiber cotton, blocking thermal bridge design, factory production, energy consumption is controlled within 300kcal.

Adaptability: There are a variety of adjustment means, can adjust within a certain range of raw materials, climate, heat value, moisture content changes caused by drying temperature curve, water loss curve of roasting curve small amplitude fluctuation.
Fuel: According to the customer product program to choose different fuel sintering process, internal combustion roasting, external combustion roasting, internal and external combustion compatible roasting.
