The current situation facing the brick and tile industry

Other industries, such as coal and electric power, which are newly entered into the field of brick and tile, are troubled by the lack of professional technology and talents. It is difficult to correctly judge and solve various problems in production, and the normal production of enterprises is greatly affected. The enterprises in a better situation and able to maintain production have a strong desire for technological transformation in terms of technological improvement in production process, product varieties and product functions, but lack effective technical support; Brick and tile equipment production enterprises have also appeared unprecedented sales difficulties, some brick and tile production enterprises have paid the equipment deposit, but require delay in delivery, resulting in equipment enterprises difficulties in the flow of funds; Some enterprise internal management problems, capital chain fracture; Some companies have moved into other industries.

In 2014, the annual output of brick and tile industry declined, and the output value and profit were reduced compared with the same period last year. According to incomplete statistics, the total output in 2014 was about 800 billion pieces (folded standard brick), about 10% lower than the previous year.
